Privacy, in plain language

The short version: no ads, no tracking cookies, no selling data. The only personal data we ever receive is the email address you choose to give us for the newsletter.

Who is responsible

AI for Regulars is run by Radim Sekera (sekera.dev).

Analytics without cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see which guides help people most. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, does not save your IP address, and cannot follow you to other websites. We only ever see aggregate numbers — which pages were read, from which countries, in which browsers — never individual visitors.

The site runs on Cloudflare's network, which briefly processes standard technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver pages and block attacks. Those logs stay with Cloudflare and are not used to identify you.

Cookies

The site sets exactly one cookie, and only after you pick a language: it remembers your choice so the site opens in that language next time. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

If we ever add cookie-based analytics, a clear banner will ask you first — and declining won't change how the site works.

Newsletter

If you subscribe, your email address is stored with MailerLite, the service that sends our newsletter, and is used for nothing else. Every issue has an unsubscribe link that works immediately.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to its processing, or take it elsewhere. In practice the only thing we could hold is your newsletter address — one message and it's gone. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
